These terms apply to Bible : Daily verse, Quran Everyday and to the other reading and faith apps published by RMApp (Sébastien Rousseau) that link to this page. By using an app, you accept these terms.

1. Use of the apps

The apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the apps themselves.

2. Texts

The sacred texts, translations and recitations included in the apps are reproduced from the sources named in each app's settings. Some are in the public domain; others remain the property of their authors, translators or reciters and are used under the terms set by those sources. They are provided for reading, listening and personal reflection, and may not be extracted from the apps for redistribution.

The apps do not give religious, legal, medical or psychological advice and do not speak for any church, mosque or religious authority.

In Quran Everyday, prayer times and the direction of the qibla are calculated on your device from your location and the calculation method you choose. They are estimates and may differ by a few minutes from the times announced by your local mosque; when in doubt, follow your mosque.

3. Premium subscriptions and purchases

• Some features require a Premium subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly, depending on the app) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account (App Store) or your Google Account (Google Play) at confirmation of purchase. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them at any time in your App Store account settings on iPhone and iPad, or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions on Android.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

On iPhone and iPad, purchases are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. On Android, they are also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

4. Advertising

The free version of the apps may display advertising. Premium removes it.

5. Availability and liability

The apps are provided "as is". Online listening depends on third-party servers and on your internet connection. We work to keep the texts and features accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that they are free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, RMApp is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the apps.

7. Changes

If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its date.
