Welcome to the RMApp Terms of Use. These terms outline the rules and regulations for using the RMApp Service, forming a binding legal agreement between you and RMApp.
Before engaging with our Service, we urge you to carefully read through these Terms. By accessing and using the RMApp Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them. This Agreement applies to both registered users and visitors. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using the RMApp Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We recommend reviewing them regularly.
The Service
RMApp acts as a digital radio receiver, providing an index of radio stations to simplify the discovery of radio broadcasts, whether accessed via our website or through any applications available for mobile devices, computers, or car systems.
RMApp is not a broadcaster, but serves as an intermediary, facilitating connections to radio broadcasts over the Internet through embedded hyperlinks. We do not own any of the brands listed nor claim any rights over the content accessed through our Service. RMApp complies with all relevant laws and respects third-party rights, and is not liable for the content broadcasted by any radio stations listed in our directory.
RMApp does not host, store, copy, cache, or retransmit any audio content. The app functions as a specialized technical player (User-Agent) that facilitates a direct connection between the user's device and the broadcaster's public URL. No audio data passes through RMApp servers at any point.
Being merely an intermediary, in no case does RMApp broadcast or communicate content owned by third parties to the public. While embedding any link in the RMApp Service, RMApp guarantees that: (a) the link and content thereof were freely accessible on the Internet; (b) all links and third parties' content remain unaltered; (c) the content is played from the same source and in the same way as if it was played on the original platform.
Changes to the Service
RMApp may alter, add, or remove functionalities without notice and may discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. If you disagree with any changes, your sole recourse is to stop using the RMApp Service.
Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy, accessible at rmapp.site/api/privacy.html, outlines how we collect, use, maintain, and disclose information from our users. It applies to the Service and all products and services offered by RMApp. By using our Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy and understand how we manage personal information.
Using the Service
The RMApp Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not transfer, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit the Service. You agree not to use the Service unlawfully or attempt unauthorized access. Collecting or storing personal data about other users without consent is prohibited. Standard carrier charges may apply when using the Service on a mobile device.
Third-Party Content
The RMApp Service offers access to a diverse range of Third-Party Content, which includes but is not limited to:
- Broadcast radio programs and other forms of audio content that users can listen to through the RMApp platform
- Visual and audio materials such as station logos, images, and related digital content provided by third parties
- Hyperlinks and other forms of access to external websites and online resources
This Third-Party Content is protected under copyright laws and other relevant intellectual property regulations. It remains the intellectual property of the respective third parties. Any reproduction, public performance, public display, or distribution of this content without the express written permission from the copyright holders is strictly prohibited, except as allowed by applicable laws.
RMApp does not exercise any form of editorial or programming control over Third-Party Content. The nature, quality, and availability of Third-Party Content are determined solely by the third parties who provide it. RMApp does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for it. Content providers have the autonomy to modify, replace, or remove their content at any time, without notice.
Due to copyright protection mechanisms, it is strictly forbidden to extract, remove, record, download, or otherwise copy content accessed via this Service.
Your Content
By submitting content to the RMApp Service — including broadcaster registration information, station details, logos, or stream URLs — you grant RMApp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the RMApp platform. You must own or have the rights to all aspects of the content you submit.
RMApp is not responsible for the content submitted by broadcasters or users but may remove content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates these Terms.
Broadcaster Rights & Content Removal
All radio streams, station names, logos, and related media accessible through the RMApp platform are the intellectual property of their respective owners. RMApp does not claim ownership of any broadcaster content.
Any broadcaster whose station appears in the RMApp directory may at any time request immediate removal, update their station information, or claim their listing via our Broadcaster Portal.
All valid removal requests are processed within 24 hours, with no questions asked. Contact: contact.rmapp@gmail.com
Advertisements and Promotions
RMApp may display third-party advertisements and promotions within the Service. Your dealings with advertisers found through the RMApp Service are solely between you and the advertiser. RMApp is not liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers in the RMApp Service.
Intellectual Property and Licenses
The RMApp Service grants you a personal, non-exclusive right and license solely intended for the non-commercial use of the RMApp Service. All rights not explicitly granted within these Terms remain the exclusive property of RMApp.
You shall not use the RMApp Service to perform any action of data mining, scraping, or similar data collection or extraction activities. RMApp holds the copyright and intellectual property rights of others in high regard and expects our users to do the same.
Infringement Reporting
If you believe any content on the RMApp Service infringes on your intellectual property rights, please send a detailed notification to contact.rmapp@gmail.com.
Your notification should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material to be removed, with sufficient information to locate it
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." RMApp is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the radio stations or broadcasters listed within the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of the content streamed through third-party radio stations.
RMApp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Notice for Apple Users
For users accessing the RMApp Service through devices manufactured by Apple, Inc. ("Apple"), such as iPhones or iPads, or through the Apple App Store, it is important to recognize that this Agreement is established between you, the user, and RMApp, and not with Apple. Consequently, Apple is not liable for the software or content provided through the RMApp Service.
Apple bears no responsibility to offer maintenance or support services concerning the RMApp Application. Should the Application fail to meet any given warranty, you have the right to notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the Application to you. Beyond this, Apple is not obligated to fulfill any warranty services related to the RMApp Application, in accordance with the limits imposed by applicable law.
Furthermore, Apple is exempt from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure of the RMApp Application to adhere to any warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Claims related to product liability or breaches in consumer protection or similar legislation
- Claims that the Application does not comply with any applicable legal or regulatory requirements in any jurisdiction
Apple is also not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any claim asserting that the RMApp Application, or your use of it, infringes on the intellectual property rights of a third party.
In utilizing the RMApp Application, you agree to adhere to any relevant terms and conditions set forth by third parties, which may include, but are not limited to, the Apple App Store's Terms of Service.
Scope of license. The license granted to you for the RMApp Application is a non-transferable license to use the Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a United States Government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Notice for Google Play Users
For users who download the RMApp Application from Google Play on Android devices, this Agreement is established between you and RMApp, and not with Google LLC ("Google"). Google is not responsible for the Application or its content. Your use of Google Play is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service, which apply in addition to this Agreement.
Premium Subscription
The RMApp Radio apps are free to use and supported by advertising. Some apps offer an optional Premium subscription that removes banner and full-screen ads. Listening to stations does not require a subscription.
Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription, billed monthly or annually. The price and duration of each option are displayed in the App before you confirm your purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account (iPhone, iPad) or to your Google Play account (Android) when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same duration and at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings, or in Google Play (Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions) on Android. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
- If you reinstall the App or change device, use "Restore purchases" in the App settings to recover your subscription.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refund requests must be sent to the store where you subscribed.
Your use of a subscription is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
