The Service — Broadcaster Indexing Platform
RMApp is a platform that enables Radio Broadcasters to index their Radio Stations and make them available to users across all RMApp apps, websites, and devices. Broadcasters voluntarily submit their stations to the RMApp directory to reach a global audience.
RMApp provides a platform to Radio Broadcasters and Podcasters to index their Radio Stations in various Products, Applications and Devices. The Service is an index of stations designed to simplify finding radio programming from publicly available broadcast sources.
RMApp is not a broadcaster. Its directory service redirects users to specific content providers in accordance with their publicly available services. RMApp is an intermediary which connects users (via embedded hyperlinks) to radios broadcasting over the Internet. RMApp does not own any of the brands it lists or claim any rights in the content that listeners may access.
Intermediary Declaration: Being merely an intermediary, in no case RMApp broadcasts or communicates content owned by third parties to the public. While embedding any link in the RMApp Service, RMApp guarantees that: (a) the link and content thereof were freely accessible on the Internet; (b) all links and third parties' content remain unaltered; (c) the content is played from the same source and in the same way as if it was played on the original platform. The inclusion of an embedded link does not constitute a new communication to the public under applicable copyright law.
RMApp does not host, store, copy, cache, or retransmit any audio content. The app functions as a specialized technical player (User-Agent) that facilitates a direct connection between the user's device and the broadcaster's public URL. No audio data passes through RMApp servers at any point.

The RMApp Radio API is completely free and open. This API may be used in free and non-free software. This license explicitly covers commercial applications, mobile applications distributed through app stores including the Apple App Store and Google Play, web services, and any other platform or device.

- Access and query the RMApp Radio API endpoints
- Retrieve, display, and redistribute Station Data within applications
- Use Station Data in commercial applications and paid services

The phrase "free and non-free software" explicitly covers all commercial applications, regardless of revenue model, pricing, or distribution method.
Broadcaster Rights, Consent & Station Indexing
The RMApp Radio platform provides broadcasters with full control over their presence in the directory. By submitting a station to the RMApp Radio directory, a broadcaster grants RMApp a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to list and link their publicly available streams within the RMApp Radio platform and associated mobile applications.
RM App has not concealed anything about its platform model from Broadcasters, Podcasters, or Users. The platform's directory model, indexing process, and takedown procedures are fully documented and publicly accessible.
Any broadcaster whose station appears in the RMApp Radio directory may at any time:
- Request immediate removal of their station — processed within 24 hours, no questions asked
- Claim and verify ownership of their station via the Broadcaster Portal
- Update their station information, stream URL, logo, or genre
- Opt their station into or out of specific categories or regional apps
Takedown requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt, via the Broadcaster Portal or by emailing contact.rmapp@gmail.com. Upon a valid request, the station is immediately removed from all API responses and RMApp Radio apps.

All audio streams, logos, station names, and related media accessible through the RMApp Radio platform are the intellectual property of their respective radio station owners, broadcasters, or licensors. All radio streams referenced in this Service are publicly available sources provided by the respective broadcasters on their own servers or authorized CDN infrastructure.
RM App does not claim ownership of any radio content and does not host, store, copy, or retransmit any streams. The platform provides a directory and player to access streams already made publicly available by the broadcasters themselves.
RM App does not modify, alter, or edit the audio content provided by broadcasters. We do not insert additional audio advertisements into the streams or overlay any audio content. The Service acts as a passive pass-through infrastructure.
