This policy is also an agreement between RMApp ("RadioFM" / "we" / "us") and the user. RMApp has not concealed anything about its platform model from Broadcasters, Podcasters, or Users.
About the Service
RMApp apps are radio directories and aggregators. RMApp provides a platform to Radio Broadcasters and Podcasters to index their Radio Stations across all RM products and devices. The App does not host, store, copy, or retransmit any audio content. All radio streams are publicly available sources provided by the respective broadcasters on their own servers. No audio data passes through RMApp servers at any point.
The App functions as a specialized technical player (User-Agent) that facilitates a direct connection between the user's device and the broadcaster's public URL. The App does not modify, alter, or insert any additional audio into the streams. The Service acts as a passive pass-through directory.
Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
We collect minimal personal and usage data to improve your experience, display relevant ads, and analyze usage patterns. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any directly identifying personal information unless you voluntarily contact us.
2.2 Non-Personal Information
We may collect non-personal data automatically, including:

- Operating system and version
- Country or language settings
- IP address (for analytics and regional content)
- App interactions and usage data

2.3 Location Data

3.1 Advertising Partners
We use the following advertising partners to show personalized or non-personalized ads. They may collect the Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS), device and usage data, and approximate location if enabled. Users in the EU/EEA are prompted for consent under GDPR and may opt in or out at any time via the in-app Privacy Settings.

When you play a station, your device connects directly to the broadcaster's server or their CDN. The broadcaster may collect connection data (IP address) per their own privacy policy. RMApp has no control over broadcaster data practices. The App acts as a passive pass-through player.

4.1 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
For iOS 14.5 and above, we request your permission before tracking activity across other apps and websites, per Apple's ATT framework.
4.2 Personalized Ads
You can manage advertising preferences from the "Privacy Settings" screen in the App at any time.
4.3 Opt-Out
You can restrict or opt out of data collection via iOS Privacy Settings or the app-specific privacy settings within the App.
Data Storage and Security
- All collected data is anonymized and encrypted in transit
- We retain user data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy
- No audio content, no sensitive personal data, and no listening history linked to individuals is stored on our servers
- We do not sell personal data to third parties
Broadcaster Rights & Content Removal
All radio streams, logos, and station names are the intellectual property of their respective owners. RMApp does not claim ownership of any content.
If you are a broadcaster and wish to have your station removed or updated, contact us at contact.rmapp@gmail.com or use our Broadcaster Portal. All valid removal requests are processed within 24 hours.
Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.
